Started work on the creation of 6G-networks

In 2019, commercial use of “advanced” 5G communication networks will begin, only recently passed the first successful tests of connecting a smartphone to the existing network of the new standard. But technologies do not stand still - the other day it became known that work began on the creation of communication networks of the 6G standard.
According to the information received, the data transfer rate in 6G can reach Tbit / s, that is, ten times faster than in 5G networks. In addition, network coverage will be provided even under water. Scientists from Russia, the USA and Europe are already working on new technologies.
According to the most optimistic forecasts, 6G networks will start functioning no earlier than 2030.
