LineageOS even supports devices from five years ago

A complete list of supported device models can be found on the official project website. Among the smartphones that can get the firmware, there are such old models as the OnePlus One, Motorola Nexus 6 and Galaxy S5, which were presented five years ago.
The site separately notes that the installation of custom firmware on the phones is done on your own, and it will not be superfluous to back up the data before updating.
