Apple will open researchers access to the file system

The security of user confidential data and protection against hacker attacks is one of the main tasks of any company manufacturing mobile devices. Every year, global giants spend millions of dollars to develop and improve security systems.
The other day, Apple announced that it would pay a million dollars to each participant in its Security Research Device program, which could find a critical vulnerability. For these purposes, the company will provide special versions of smartphones with open access to the file system. Moreover, if in previous years the search was limited only to the iOS operating system, now gaps will be searched on all software platforms, including iCloud storage.
Apple separately notes that researchers, unlike the company's engineers, will not be able to decrypt the firmware.
