New iPhones will charge twice as fast

-
For a long time, the drawback of iPhone smartphones was a low-power charger, which turned battery charging into a lengthy process. Moreover, the charging time for each new generation of smartphones inevitably grew. So, if the average charging time of the iPhone 7 was 140 minutes, then the iPhone XS Max already required 230 minutes.
The thing is that for many years Apple used the original cable for 5 W and 1 A to charge, but according to the news publication ChargerLAB, the company's new smartphones will finally receive a USB-C charger, which should at least double the speed of charging gadgets.
However, the assumption may not be confirmed, since the same publication announced the launch of AirPower production and the appearance of USB-C in smartphones last year, which, as you know, did not happen.
