Huawei plans to show a new Kirin 990 chip on September 6

-
On September 6, Berlin will host the IFA 2019 International Electronics Show, at which leading global companies will showcase their new products. The Chinese manufacturer Huawei at the event promises to show its new offspring - a powerful chipset Kirin 990 with support for 5G networks.
Huawei regularly shows its achievements in the field of processors at the Berlin exhibition, so in 2017 Kirin 970 was introduced, and a year later - Kirin 980.
Apparently, Mate 30 and Mate X will work on the basis of Kirin 990, which will certainly accelerate the pace of distribution of 5G networks. By the way, earlier representatives of the Chinese company admitted that more than half of their smartphones will work on proprietary chipsets.
