Scientists are on the verge of turning radio emission into electricity
- AQuite an interesting study is being done by scientists at the Massachusetts University of Technology. Researchers are working to charge graphene batteries with radio waves. According to them, a standard Wi-Fi router is able to create the necessary radiation that will fuel the mobile device.
Scientists have come to the conclusion that T-rays, which emit objects and bodies with temperature, can be useful. It is proposed to collect these rays and subsequently convert them to current. Scientists have already made significant progress in this area using graphene. This material is free from impurities and due to its molecular structure is ideal for converting T-rays into electric current, it is enough to use a coating of boron nitride.
At the moment, scientists are busy creating a working prototype of the device.
