Samsung caught violating Google Play requirements

The Google Play policy states that developers may not host applications that facilitate the distribution of other applications off-site. If this fact is discovered, the application is immediately blocked. All the more surprising is that the application for Samsung Wearable, which offers to download additional programs from third party servers, as never happened in anything is located on Google Play.
