Google will force developers to optimize Android Pie apps

-
The Google Play app store regularly tightens requirements for developers to improve security. So, last fall, they had to make sure that all the applications they presented supported the Android Oreo operating system. It became known that in August, Google will raise the bar and all applications presented in the store will have to work on Android Pie already.
According to statistics, 19 malicious applications out of 20 work on outdated software, and therefore pushing developers to create modern software is an effective step towards ensuring the safety of users.
In addition, Google Play Protect will issue a warning when trying to install applications downloaded from third-party resources on your gadget if the system considers them obsolete.
