Ukraine announced its desire to deploy 5G networks next year

Alexander Zhivotovsky, who is responsible for informatization and communication in the country, said that negotiations are currently well underway with broadcasters and the armed forces, as well as other pressing problems are being resolved to resolve this issue.
Thus, the decree on the introduction of 5G-communications was one of the last ones that Petro Poroshenko signed in the last days of his presidency.
“The fifth generation of communications is already working in China and the United States, and by 2020 it will function in the European Union. We do not want to trail in the tail, and therefore we will do everything possible so that people have access to new services, ”Poroshenko said.
