In the near future, as an alternative to touchscreen smartphones, a Nokia push-button telephone may be on sale. And the device will work on a special version of Android.
According to the American resource 9to5Google, the phone is currently being actively tested by the manufacturer. To prove his information, the resource provided a “live” photo, which shows the user interface of the device. Perhaps the button phone is a Nokia 220 model.
Earlier it became known that Google is closely developing the Android version for devices with buttons. The operating system will enter the default Internet browser Chrome, Google Camera and YouTube video hosting.
The release date of the button device is not currently known.
