Huawei P50 may come out without Android

-
Early next year there will be a presentation of the flagship lineup Huawei P50. According to the Chinese portal Sina.com, the smartphones will be released without Android and will run on the manufacturer's proprietary development - the operating system HarmonyOS, the talk about which has not subsided for several years.

HarmonyOS is almost ready for release, well, for now it can be easily installed on the P40 or Mate 30 and tested, and given that it supports the EMUI 11 shell, the unprepared user will not even notice much difference.

At this point, it is not very clear whether Huawei will give up Android in favor of HarmonyOS only in the Middle Kingdom or everywhere else. In addition, the Chinese manufacturer may leave users the opportunity to independently install the "green robot" using the downloader files. In this case, the user will not only be able to download Android, but also to switch between it and HarmonyOS.
